The Old House is let at £455 per week for two people
Low Season, and £510 per week for two people High
Season, thereafter £75 for each additional guest, and
can accommodate from 2 people up to 6 people extremely comfortably and
at a pinch 8. Should you wish to rent The Old House for
one person, there is a minimum payment of £455 / £510
per week.

May, June, July, August.
Low Season
January, February, March, April, September, October,
November.
Well behaved dogs and pets pay £15 per week. Children
under 2 years old will be accommodated free.
Prices include VAT, Electricity, Hot Water, Central
Heating, Fuel for the Fire, Linen and Towels.
Change over days can be flexible depending on other
bookings. Saturdays Preferred.
The house may be available for periods of less than a
week at the rate of £25 per person per night, with a
minimum charge of £455.00 / £510.00.
Terms & Conditions:
Saturday is the preferred changeover day.
The Old House can be occupied from 4 pm at the start
of the rental and must be vacated by 11 am on departure
day.
Half the rental is due as a deposit to confirm a
booking. The balance of the rental, plus a returnable
£100 damage deposit, is due two weeks prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking the following clause
applies: - if you cancel before paying the balance of
the rental two weeks before arrival, your deposit will
only be returned if the house is re-let. If you cancel
after the whole rental is paid, only the damage deposit
of £100 will be repaid. We recommend that you take out
holiday insurance to cover the risk of cancellation.
