Glencoe Mountain Ski Centre
The Old House is an excellent place to be based if you Ski
or Snow Board. This facility is just a few minutes up the
road. In summer there is also Glencoe mountain biking and of
course the mountain cable car.
West Coast Mountain Guides
Expert Guides and Tuition for the beautiful mountains of the
area. They are based about half an hour to the north of The
Old House but cover many of the mountains in between.
Splash White Water Rafting
One of the rivers that Splash use is the River Orchy which
runs past the Old House.
Caledonian MacBrayne
While staying at our self catering, you could organise a day
trip to the islands from the Caledonian Macbrayne local port
of Oban.
The Hollow Mountain
Just a few miles away on the shores of beautiful Loch Awe is
the Hollow Mountain visitor centre and restaurant. Full of
information and providing tours of this magnificent
technical achievement.
Glencoe Visitor Centre
To the north of us and , just a few minutes up the road is
Rannoch Moor leading to Glen Coe. Fantastic surroundings and
plenty of places to stop including the Glen Coe Visitor
Centre.
