Hill walking, mountaineering, salmon and trout river fishing, loch trout fishing, sea angling, diving, golf, mountain biking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, white water rafting, pony trekking, sailing, winter skiing and ice climbing are amongst the many activities available locally. We offer secure storage for sports equipment. Better still, just relax here and soak up the wide open spaces, the landscape and atmosphere. By day watch the abundant wildlife, by night use the zero light pollution to stargaze. You are in the centre of excellent touring country with many famous landmarks and places to visit. Within a 35 mile radius there are a great many places to eat from pubs to restaurants and hotels. Towards the coast many specialise in local seafood.

Tyndrum or Dalmally offer small food shops, pharmacy, post office, etc., both 15 to 20 minutes drive away. There is a Doctor in Dalmally. Oban is our main market town with supermarket etc. Oban also boasts a cinema and swimming pool with leisure complex. We can provide information about opening hours etc. Oban is also a busy ferry port, being a gateway to several Scottish islands. Please note that many services in the West of Scotland can be limited in the winter months, especially January and February.
