Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1, the master bedroom with 4 poster double bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Bedroom 2, the Green Room with twin beds. Bedroom 3, the Blue Room with twin beds.
Bathrooms:	En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, wc, basin and bidet. Bathroom 2 with bath/shower over, wc and basin. Wet Room with large shower, wc and basin.
Kitchen:	Hob and oven, fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, "toastie machine" and pulley. Wifi Connection.
Utility Room:	Belfast sink for cleaning salmon; freezer, washing machine, ironing board, iron.
Living Rooms:	Sitting room with large 3 seater leather sofa, 2 seater sofabed and comfy arm chairs. Satellite TV, DVD/CD and VCR. Games cabinet. Wood Burning Stove with logs provided. 2 doors to outside.
Other	2 ample hallways for storing outdoor gear and boots. Generous drying cupboard with large hot water tank.
Cleaning/towels/linen	Towels and bed linen are included and changed on demand. The property is thoroughly cleaned at every changeover.

Facilities

The ground floor provides an extra large farmhouse kitchen and lounge with fabulous wood burning stove, a master bedroom with a four-poster double bed and full en-suite facilities, a laundry/ washing/ fishing tackle room and a large shower room with WC. There is ample hanging and storage space for outdoor clothes and a drying cupboard. On the first floor there is a spacious hallway, two generous twin bedrooms and a bath/shower room with WC. Every window looks out over wonderful views.

Your hosts can be at hand to ensure you enjoy the best from the glen. The equipment provided in addition to normal kitchen fittings comprises fridge, separate upright freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, “toastie” machine, microwave and toaster. There is a 28 inch TV with VCR and DVD/CD. Telephone and internet connections are available from the owners. The Old House has a pure, soft, filtered private water supply. A “Total Control” electrical heating system efficiently warms the property and powers the constant hot water system, this and ample fuel for the open fire is provided free of charge. All linen, towels, etc. are also included in the rental.

A non smoking policy is operated and well-behaved pets are welcomed subject to a small charge.
